Court 5 offers duplex apartments in Zagreb in the elegant and quiet Dežmanova Street, which is located at an equal distance from the city centre and the beautiful Tuškanac forest park. This means that our guests have easy access to the best that the centre of Zagreb has to offer, as well as rich greenery and a peaceful forest environment that invites visitors to take a relaxing walk. Dežmanova Street is a pedestrian area full of trendy snack bars and cafes, where guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast or brunch and have an afternoon cup of coffee. Just a few steps from the apartment there are two parking garages, Ilica and Tuškanac, which offer guests a place to keep their metal pets during their stay.

Our six fully renovated, two-storey apartments are separated from the street by a fence, and each apartment has a view of the verdant and beautifully landscaped yard. The apartments are built in accordance with contemporary earthquake-resistant construction methods to ensure maximum safety for guests, and the front door of each apartment is equipped with a smart lock that can be unlocked with an electronic code sent to guests on the day of arrival. There is a reception desk within the building, but the smart apartment unlocking system allows guests to reduce unnecessary contact with reception, providing them with the maximum level of privacy upon each arrival and departure.
